Blue Array Appoints New Head of Digital PR – Jodie Harris
Posted by David Gale on August 18, 2021
Blue Array are excited to announce the appointment of Jodie Harris to head up the Digital PR department at the agency.
Jodie has over 13 years experience in public relations and was one of the first Digital PR’s to enter the search space after joining MediaVision in 2012. She has successfully developed and led a team to create brand-worthy Digital PR campaigns for clients from well-known high-street names and designer brands, global property providers to start-ups and industry disruptors.
Jodie’s appointment comes after successful years of rapid growth for the agency. In the last year, Blue Array have doubled their headcount from 20 to 40, and plan to double again in the next 2 years. The agency, who won ‘Best Employee Development Programme’ at the Company Culture Awards and best ‘Multilingual content campaign of the year’ at European Content Awards are now planning to grow their Digital PR offering for new and existing clients.
Jodie said: ‘I am extremely excited to be joining Blue Array at such an important time of their growth. The agency has big plans for the future. The opportunity to develop and lead the Digital PR offering for an agency that values its employees and its clients in equal measure was too good to pass. I have worked in the industry for a long time, but it’s an industry that keeps developing and innovating and I can’t wait to continue my journey with Blue Array.’
The strategic hire to the leadership team comes after the recent recruitment of Stephanie Emmanouel. Stephanie joined Blue Array in October 2020 and is responsible for the business’ growing operational needs.
Stephanie stated: ‘We are delighted to have Jodie join Blue Array during this exciting high-growth time for the agency. She has equally ambitious plans for Blue Array’s Digital PR department and we are looking forward to achieving great results for our ambitious clients.’
Blue Array was started in 2015 by founder Simon Schnieders who wanted to create a SEO specialist agency that offered a hybrid of a consultancy and a traditional search agency known as a ‘consulgency’. This has allowed Blue Array to offer their clients individual attention, expert knowledge and strategic advice whilst using cutting edge in-house technology and proven techniques to deliver results at the scale of a large agency.
