Flexible working

Frequently asked questions

Can I refer someone to you?

Yes! If you know someone who might be interested in one of our roles? We offer a generous finder’s fee of £500 for anyone who successfully passes their probation.

However, we do have a strict no recruitment agencies policy

Do I have to be based in the UK to apply & can you sponsor overseas applicants?

Yes! In order to join our team here at Blue Array, you must be based in the UK with a valid right-to-work document. Unfortunately, at this moment in time, we are unable to sponsor overseas applicants.

Do you offer internships, work experience or placements?

Unfortunately not! Internships, work experience & placements require a lot of face-to-face interaction, and we currently are a predominantly remote workforce. However please keep an eye out on our websites for any changes & opportunities that rise in the future!

Can I work for Blue Array if I’m self-employed or contracted?
