What is a B Corp?
B Corp Certification is a recognition that a business is meeting high standards of verified performance, accountability, and transparency across all elements of the business, from employee benefits and charitable giving to supply chain practices and input materials.

Our mission is to elevate our people, customers and industry through SEO and use our business to positively influence a better world. Becoming a B Corp is a hugely important milestone for us as we continue to operate our business as a force for good. This certification solidifies our efforts in this area and we’re only just getting started.
What areas of our business have been assessed?
In our certification process, multiple areas across our business were assessed on their social and ethical performances, such as: Community, Customers, Environment, Governance and Workers.
Our work so far…
Trees planted: 3,750 trees and 2 wind power projects funded in Mexico and Honduras
86% of LondonSEO Meetup XL tickets were given for free to underrepresented minority groups within our industry
Over £5,000 donated to 14 charities since the start of 2022 alone
Hosted 635 attendees across 15 complimentary LondonSEO Meetup events
5,000+ global students enrolled in free SEO courses
Other initiatives
We offer a welcome pack with eco-friendly, sustainable products to all new clients and employees. The welcome packs contain a variety of branded items including reusable water bottles, pencils made from recycled denim and sweets in compostable pots. Our supplier, PinkSheep, is the UK’s leading supplier of sustainable merchandise; each order we place contributes towards supporting environmental and social causes.
In addition to the welcome packs, we celebrate both new team members and new clients by planting 25 trees for each new client signature, or employee joining the team. Clients can plant more trees by responding to NPS surveys, leaving Trustpilot reviews or jointly entering awards with us.
International Women’s Day
At Blue Array we’re extremely proud to have 7 inspiring senior female team members leading our operations across all business functions. Earlier this year to celebrate International Women’s Day we hosted a Q&A session with our female leaders at Blue Array. This B Corp certification recognises our efforts as we strive to ensure our employees are represented across the leadership team.
