Blue Array, the UK’s largest pure-play SEO agency, continues to strengthen its market position with the announcement of two key promotions in its leadership team.
Founded by Simon Schneiders in 2016, Blue Array has enjoyed exponential growth. Working with some of the fastest growing companies in Europe, the agency has doubled its employee count year on year and expects a turnover of £2.4m in 2019.
Founder Simon says; “It gives me great pleasure to promote two of Blue Array’s earliest employees to the most senior positions within the business. Sean and Kim have demonstrated hard work and dedication throughout their time here and these roles are richly deserved.
“As we continue to expand, I’m assured that our DNA is transferred from the top down. Our employees can be safe in the knowledge that we have no barriers to progress internally.”
Having joined in July 2016 as Head of SEO, Sean Butcher is excited to continue and extend his role. Sean says; “When I teamed up with Simon I understood his vision for growing an agency placing the focus on its people and its clients. Having worked at other agencies in the past it was certainly an ethos I shared.
“It’s been a hugely rewarding experience helping the business grow to the 33 people we’re at today. I’m delighted to take on the role of COO, where I’ll continue to oversee our growth in numerous exciting areas, as well as maintain the culture with which we’re now renowned for.”
Joining Blue Array as SEO Executive in January 2017, Kim Dewe has enjoyed working her way up the ranks. Kim comments; “Progressing to Head of SEO at Blue Array has been an incredibly rewarding adventure.
“I started within a team of seven, situated in a co-working space. As a company, we’ve grown substantially over the past few years – both in people and clients, a rewarding growth both to experience and contribute to.
