Evan Jervis

I graduated from Aston University in 2020 after studying a BSc Business and Management, which was great as it gave me a holistic overview of all aspects of business; marketing modules and studies were always the ones that stood out to me.

I'm open minded to trying new and different things, so my first role post-university was as an Operational Team Leader for Clipper Logistics (now GXO!). After getting to grips with the role, I had a better understanding of where I wanted to take my career, and decided I'd like to pursue a career in Marketing. I managed to secure a Graduate Digital Marketing Assistant role with Cubis Systems.

I undertook a CIM Level 4 Certificate in Professional Digital Marketing to compliment my role, and learned more about specific digital marketing techniques & campaigns. SEO struck me as an integral part of marketing, when implemented correctly. This, coupled with my professional experience led me to my new role with Blue Array.

Outside of work I make the most of my holidays and try to travel and experience new places wherever possible; I thrive when meeting new people, trying new things (especially new food!) and visiting new places.
